Overview

Creators Media Entertainment is a broadcasting and media production company in Pune, working across film, promotions, set design, events and a skill programme for young media professionals.

We designed and built its portfolio website.

Challenge

A production house’s work is mostly video and photographs, across very different kinds of jobs.

Written case studies would have meant a page for every project, and most of the work would never have made it online.

And the people looking at it, from brands to students, browse visual work on their phones, in feeds and stories.

Outcome

We designed the site as a profile: the name, a line and three actions at the top, story highlights below, then a grid of posts filtered by the kind of work.

On a desktop a post opens with its media and a button to ask about a similar project. On a phone it opens a full-screen feed you swipe through. Because the format is familiar, nothing needs explaining.

It is dark by default so the photography carries the colour, with the studio’s lime kept for everything you can act on.

All 130 posts live in one manifest, with upload scripts and a handover guide, so the studio’s own team adds new work itself.

Highlights

From a template to a profile

The studio’s previous site was a familiar agency layout: a hero slider, a block of services, six pictures in a gallery and a row of client logos.

The new one opens on the work itself, laid out the way its audience already browses: a profile, story highlights and a grid of posts. Drag across to compare.

After: the new Creators Media site, a profile with story highlights and a grid of posts.
Before: the previous site, a template with a hero slider, a services block and a gallery.
